Where we ship

The Netherlands and other EU countries. If your country isn't listed at checkout, email us — we may be able to arrange it.

Delivery times

Standard shipping: 7–14 business days from order confirmation. Excludes Sundays and public holidays. Peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas) may add 2–3 days.

Costs

• Free shipping on orders over $50 USD
• Under $50: calculated at checkout by destination and weight

Tracking number emailed as soon as your order ships. See our Track Order page for how to find it.

Delayed order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the courier.

Damaged on arrival?

Take photos of the damaged product and packaging, email them within 48 hours — we'll arrange a free replacement.
