1. About us
This website is operated by Beanpaw. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel any order (out of stock, mispriced, suspected fraud).
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in USD unless indicated, VAT included where applicable. Payment is due at order placement via the methods shown at checkout.

5. Returns and refunds
See our Return Policy. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal (Dutch Civil Code, Book 6, Section 5, Title 5, Paragraph 2b).
6. Warranty
Products carry the statutory legal guarantee (conformiteit) under Dutch consumer law. If a product develops a defect not caused by misuse, contact us for repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Limitation of liability
Our liability for loss arising from product use is limited to the purchase price, to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. personal injury by negligence).
