We want you happy with your Beanpaw purchase. If you're not, here's how returns work.
14-day return window
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, and another 14 days to send the product back.
Return conditions
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Include all tags, labels, and accessories
- Items showing wear or damage may result in a reduced refund
How to return
- Email Beanpaw.store@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number
- We reply within 1 business day with the return address
- Pack the item securely and ship it back (you cover return shipping unless the item was defective or wrong)
- We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the item, to the original payment method
Damaged or wrong items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return required.
